We would like to inform you that we do have customers, who are more than willing to buy at that price. It is true that you can buy from the international website of bitmain and have it delivered to you at a cheaper price and infact we tell all our customers this. However, bitmain ships cheaply using UPS and UPS doesn't have a good delivery network in all of India. So our customers are mostly from the smaller towns in India and not from the big metros for whom we use local courier companies and have infact hand delivered miners as well where needed. Also not everyone has access to bitcoins to pay for the miners.
And the most important part why our customers purchase from us is the after sales service. Miners get spoilt and warranty only lasts 3 months. Even during the warranty period or after, not everyone is interested in dealing with a chinese customer support agent over email. They want to talk on the phone and sort things out, which is where we come in. We have even had people contact us for procuring replacement parts, who had not bought miners from us.
And one very important fact is, everyone looks at the price on the Bitmain website, and goes it is available for only 'xxx' USD, why are you selling for so much more. What a lot of people do not realise is, over that price they need to pay shipping, customs, octroi and the biggest risk is of the miner getting stuck in customs or being over charged by the customs for import duty. When you buy from us, you are assured that the price you are paying is exactly how much it will cost to have the miner at your doorstep, with no hidden charges, which serves as a good indicator whether the miner will be profitable or not.
