If its not something loose, sending it for repair would prob be more expensive than getting a new one. They're kind of obsoleted now, and over the last 2 years half my S5 boards died partially of fully. Might be better off trying to get an A6.

i guess one or more chip deformed on one side card. i sent one asic like yours to technician and bypass the deformed chip then works as well

Could be a loose connection from the hashboard to the controller board.

 Could be a dead hashboard.

 Hard to tell with the very minimal info you have provided.

hello.


I have an antminer s5 system that keeps giving me an odd error.

I can hook up the the second hash board and it only displays "----"   instead of "0000" .   I don't think power is an issue,   but I notice that the red light on the second board doesn't turn on like the first.   Could it just be burned up and useless?
