Like it was mentioned, you can just turn it off (not recommended).
Although the beeping is trying to indicate a problem and it's probably not the best idea to simply ignore it.
But you seem to have fixed it by removing dust on your miner which makes sense.

It was a signal for high temperature, however you can cancel the beeping option.

I got my problem solved
I removed the pi card and fan and also the side cove those were too dusty I clean them all by soft brush and then apply them back and then the beep gone 
,
I thought that was the warning of temperature
.
