I had that problem for a while I just made sure the firmware was up to date and after the firmware update it resolved the issue and now works great.
Try doing a factory reset.

Maybe bad contact. Check all of ribbon cable, unplug the ribbon cable then plug in again. I have antminer S5 for about 2 month and my power is about 593.42 GH/S
