With all the pictures and discussion of the s5+/s7 the common issue is having chips fall off the board or the heat sinks fall off the chip and then the chip overheats and fails. If this happened the controller can only see the chips up to that point on the board, anything else past that chip can not communicate with the controller.

Was on original settings 700 M and work fine no overclock .(overclocking void the warranty)
All 135 chips work fine 10 days .
The PSU is on 228 W  -50 Hz

Thank you for help

If you haven't already, try a hard reboot sometimes that helps. If that doesn't help, contact Bitmain you may have a bad board.

I would agree send in a request for RMA - [email protected] . Include troubleshooting you have done and resuts, to try to save time.

Also don't open the machine or try anything like that as that voids warranty anymore.  But they should tell you what to do after email.

Hello ,
I have a brand new S7 batch 9 and  only 10 day  , now work with only 6 chips on one board
The PSU is Bitmain APW3-12-1600-B2

I have changed the cable and upgrade to the latest firmware +many reboot

Thank you for help

Just to make for sure you are using that PSU on a 220/240 connection?   Just want to rule that out first.  (The psu should not start under 205 but in a few cases I have seen it happen).

Did it start out with full chips? Or has it always been 6 since you started mining with it?

I am sorry to inform you that if something is too cheap something important may be missing. The 135 chip batches are the overclocked ones.Do not over clock them, down clock them.
