This was recently fixed and there's no real proof of it ever being used if I am correct. Antbleed was a sort of loophole that could allow Bitmain to essentially take over miners which was quickly patched, you could try a firmware update but make sure you do everything correctly or you could brick your miner.

so do you think it could be a software problem? When I switched the position of the boards the boards the same one stayed unfunctional. I took the board out, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot. I will try the firmware update though.

yeah it was still the same one, so im pretty sure it has to be fixed or replaced. How do I check if it is still under warranty and how do I send it in for repair?

While switching the boards, was it still the same that wasn't working?
If so, the board is probably broken and you'll have to get it serviced if it's still under warranty.

One hashboard on my s7 is not working. The asic status is showing dashes, and the asic number is 30, when its usually 45. I have tried hard/soft resetting, changing the place of the boards and changing psu but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
