Anyone have an email address for them?

[email protected] should get you in contact with them.  It is China day time right now so you might throw a email over there now.

What are you needing? Is it a RMA or other issue?
No worries, just a dead fan. I'll likely just source something locally.

Hi,

I'm trying to get a replacement fan for my S7. Can anyone advise me on specs? Can i look for 5000 rpm casefan for example?
Thanks for your help.

I have over 10 brand new S5/S7 fans still in wrap. I live in the US and could ship USPS. PM and make an offer. Always good to have replacement fans.

Amperage of the fan is also typically a good indicator of how much it blows.  I believe the S5/S7 fan is a 2.0A fan.

Generically you're looking for a 4k RPM, 12V, 120x38mm fan. I don't remember the connector specs or if the PWM signal is reversed etc so generally safer to get something power from the PSU.
