The s9 has had reliability issues since day 1. If you look around these forums and in the main S9 thread you will see what I am talking about. Unfortunately there is not much to be done about it. Chances are its nothing you did, they are just prone to failure.

The first thing I would do is the basic troubleshooting if you have not. Swap the ports on the controller, try the bad boards cable into a port where one of the known working boards was. Confirm it still doesnt hash that way. If that is the case your only option really is bitmainwarranty. I know they do a lot of russian repairs and whatnot so I dont think they would have a problem working with an international customer.

Thank you so much man, I'll do that!... Is it often these boards have the same problem? Or It was because of the temperatures or high voltage or may be bad luck?

What help are you looking to get? A bad board is a bad board. If you have gone though the basic troubleshooting and its still not working the only option you have is a paid repair service.

I wanted to know if it was a bad board... So what do you suggest me man? I do not know where to send it... Somebody told me about bitmainwarranty but I'm trying to contact them and I do not receive any anwer... Is there any website where I could buy that board or a place where I could send it?

Thank you so much for your answer Fanatic26
