Try to oil the fan if that didn't work you should replace it.

Have you plugged them in the right way around? Im guessing when you cleaned them you have plugged the fans back in different connectors on the controlboard
yeah they are connected in the right place. im still getting 1440/1800 rpm on "fan 3" thats front fan right?

You sould periodically clean your miners as dust builds up and coats the heatsinks and fns as youve found out. Switch it off and clean everything and see how you get on.
i did it.. but one of the fan is still slow.. its stuck on 1800rpm and wont increase

so buy a replacement fan

this one is okay

so its a normal behaviour for a diying fan ?
it goes from 1680 to 3700 rpm.. it was working at like 4500 without droping..

EDIT: after cleaning it it works now.. but now the other one is slower.. wtf

Either the fan itself is seizing up or its already dead and being spun by the front fan. Replace the fan and you should be good to go. Make sure your replacement fan can spin at least 4500 rpm, the firmware doesnt like anything under that.

You'll probably have to replace it or find a way to repair it. Looks like a physical issue on the fan itself.
