Fans appear to be spinning normally, hashrate seems normal. Looks like the only problem is the temperature readings. Could be a broken temp sensor, a damaged controller, or a bug. I'd first make sure you're using the latest firmware, unplug it from the power source to hard reset it a couple times, and give it plenty of time to get settled once you start it. If none of those work, you may want to consider either ignoring it, buying a replacement controller to swap, or returning it for a warranty repair.
And what does the kernel log show? Sounds like one of the fans isn't coming up (although it would spin from the force of the other one).

When i turn on my S9, its working during 3 - 4 minutes... then its auto-switch off..... Fans works properly but Temps show nothing....
