Well I tested All the boards individually and found the middle hash board that was chain 3,11,and 12 were not working, however I'm still hashing pretty low, I think now this is beyond my wanting to troubleshoot further, I'll probably take it in for repair. Side note, it recently looks like  board 4,13,and 14 stopped working as well. Don't bother asking for more info, I'm going to bring it in, I might ask what the issue was and post an update here, but no promises. Thanks everyone for your time!

Funny that you mentioned that, that's exactly what I was going to try. It will help me pinpoint a possible bad hash board.
I'll keep you informed.

So your miner is hashing but you have low hashrate?

Would you mind trying to run the miner with only one hashboard I'd like to know if all hashboard is working so test the hashboard one by one, follow the guide from this link below

What exactly is the issue of your miner?
Would you mind to share the whole kernel logs here? So that we can analyze the real issue and maybe it's not related to firmware or anything.

I never heard that someone could able to dump the firmware from this miner only hex file that I heard you can able to dump from hashboard and flash it to another hashboard.

If you want other firmware not from Bitmain you can check this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=42.40
or check these two threads that I found

- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/awesome-miner-unlock-antminer-s9-t9-s15-t15-s17-t17-free-for-everyone-5205533

Those have an advanced features that you can able to play to solve your case.

I am new to the troubleshooting game and am having a hard time to find a reliable firmware for my T9+.
I did the dumb thing and tried to upgrade to the 2019 version, tried both ones on Bitmains site, I also tried the one mentioned here something about 2019 and all of 2017 I could get actual name, regardless it's not working properly. I have the SD card flash version from the Bitmain site that seems to allow their hashes to work, however when I switch to my info that I have working on another machine, it doesn't work.  My big question is this, Is there any way I can copy the working firmware from the working machine so that I can either SD flash or just web flash the non working machine.  If there is already a thread started for this can someone point me to that so I can read up on what I'm to do. Thanks everyone in advance for your time!

Well as it turns out patience was a virtue that I didn't have before I posted this. I'm back up and running, just needed to wait longer. Sorry for any trouble!
