I've never used Antshares or Neo, but didn't Antshares "rebrand" as Neo a few months ago? Could that be the source of your problem? Your wallet software is badly out of date or perhaps there was some coin swap that needs to be done? Hopefully someone with Antshares/Neo experience can chime in.
My antshares wallet says I have 72 Antshares in my balance, but I can only send out 2. Why is that and what can I do to fix it?
