In my news line got such a message -
The signal system was originally implemented in version 0.3.10 to alert all network clients about critical vulnerabilities or attacks. The system lasted until November 2016 and was abolished in version 0.13.10.
Previously it was believed that only the private key for system activation is owned by Satoshi Nakamoto, former Bitcoin Core developer Gavin Andresen and administrator of the forum bitcointalk.org Theymos.
