The only place to exchange tokens in the WAVES network is only in WAVES DEX, and the volume is very small.
I'm use WAVES DEX only for trade WAVES to BTC.

Do you have any waves token you would like to swap? It would be better if you mentioned its name. It could make it easier to search for the available markets. Apart from that there's no better platform for tokens than ETH (It's got so many Dapps and DEXes built on it) Waves platform is more of a project that failed to live up to the hype so their DEX for example more or less dead to me.

Waves has not developed yet its own swap service and the majority of activities on the waves platforms are still getting centralized on the waves dex https://waves.exchange/ guys can you have any alternative for waves like uniswap
There are some swap service offered the waves swap but this service has no good reputation.
Not that I'm aware of. Wave platform has build in DEX, not exacly uniswap like solution but you can trade your tokens there.
