I never found such BTM in Utrecht and also wonder if they are still needed. You can also order a Bitcoin debit card like XAPO offer and get money from a normal ATM.

To confirm my findings.. is there any working BTM in Amsterdam now (as of 12.2016), or going to Lelystad/Antwerp is the only option?
From digging reddit/localbitcoins (including both searching by different cities - turns out the "Netherlands" query didn't return offers listed as "Amsterdam", etc), I guess there's probably none working now
