Not any is offering a card in CAD. It's not that they don't want but It's because WaveCrest/Mychoice (owned by Visa INTL) the company that issues the cards provides only $-£-€.
And another problem for you is that most of them don't ship cards for citizens outside Europe. The only ones are Wagecan and Bitpay (not 100% sure with Bitpay)
And the same with the currency exchange, it's something set by Visa itself.

Basically the title, are there any bitcoin debit cards that are in CAD? I can only seem to find card that are EUR/USD/GBP and those charge a foreign conversion fee which makes it not worth it to spend your BTC. I don't think there are any but would like to confirm my thoughts. Alternatively, are there any cheap bitcoin debit cards without a foreign conversion fee?
