Do the listed services require ID?

I am aware of the limitations, however as long as I can receive the bitcoin without giving out my info to the payment gateway provider I can do the rest myself.

btcpay does not require ID since you would be self hosting it.

If you have your company setup as an independent business that is a properly registered business then none of them would require YOUR ID just BUSINESS INFO.

If you are not setting up a business then all of them at some point would require ID after a certain time / amount.

Depends on what county you are from too. Most of this is for US / EU. Don't know much about the rest of the world in terms of what is required.
You can contact the providers and ask.

edit: They are all going to need some basic info no matter what. Name, phone, email, etc.

As Last of the V8s said btcpayserver.org. You can host it yourself or have it hosted elsewhere.

The "do not require ID" will limit you to just taking BTC and not converting to fiat and will have low limits.
If you are running a business that you properly setup, then you do not have to give *your* ID just business info.

Depending on your needs, you also have:

Coingate: https://coingate.com/
Blockonomics: https://www.blockonomics.co/merchants#/page1
Coingate: https://coingate.com/
Coinify: https://coinify.com/
Coinbase Commerce: https://commerce.coinbase.com/

And many others. To give a more specific reply you would have to let us know more details.
Self hosted or not, convert to fiat or not, your (or your teams / programmers) ability to do certain things.
Some are better then others some have higher fees then others.  Some require more skill then others.

Also, since the list that I posted (except for btcpayserver) all rely on services other then just you so they have other requirements.

But, it's like walking up and asking "I need a car what should I buy"
Are you a plumber who needs a van?
A construction worker who needs a pickup truck?
An uber driver who needs a fuel efficient conformable car?
A teenager looking for their 1st car?
etc.... more info please.
