take a look at bitgild, they are based in holland and the price is close to the spot.
gold:
the 1g gold is expensive ,1g gold price 41.34 €,and spot price now is around 31.09 € ,they sell it around 32.9% over spot price,
over 50g gold good price
silver: the 1kg and 5kg good prices
but for low quantities price to high + shipping cost
