If you want a fully accountless (no registration, no email) service, Flyp.me is a good option. Like Shapeshift, the fees are a bit opaque though since they are built into the conversion rate.
Binance is a good option for a conventional exchange. If you are in the US, I think you need to register through VPN now.

Binance and KuCoin should be a good option. You shouldn't go through any verification as long as you're not withdrawing more than 2 BTC per day.
