Any experienced Ethereum/SC Developers want to join an awesome team

We are a very experienced team with over 20 years experience in Enterprise banking and payment integration solutions and already have an existing successful company in this space. We have identified a way to solve some key problems in this space in a unique way using Smart Contracts although we're really just breaking the ice in this space. We're now looking to extend our development team to bring onboard expertise with blockchain, altcoins, smart contracts and ICOs.

We're a lean development team and will be prototyping, learning and iterating quickly. The initial focus will be on cross-border payments, smart contracts and enterprise software integration, although familiarity with enterprise software is not a requirement.

I would love to work with Developers who:

Have at least 2-3 solid years of experience working with blockchain, ethereum, smart contracts
Has coordinated (or been heavily involved in) one successful ICO
Is Engaged in the crypto, bitcoin, ethereum communities

I'm fine with working with remote developers although I'm a big fan of co-location where possible. We have offices in NYC, London and SF and are looking to open a couple more locations soon so we may be able to provide working space if that is of interest.

I'm happy to discuss contract rates and/or full-time positions.
