thats wny I write in post 1 that crypto support is not a must.

this thread is about ANY virtual debit visa card that is easy to create and loadable the usual way
by SEPA/ SWIFT...

does not matter where in the world.

Both of them only work in european zone and if you are living outside that zone you might have to wait a way long.
There are few other ways you can get plastic debit card where you can deposit indirectly with bitcoin but at the cost of few % loss.

Right now its almost impossible to get any virtual card for bitcoin.

Wirex has virtual cards with BTC support if you are in Europe and at the time I did verify my account they didn't need too much data.
They have it for more than a month now. It's a reissue after the problems all cards had in January.

BUT WITHOUT the inbuilt crypto-interface

I've read nice words about Revolut here and there. I didn't use them (and I may be wrong), but it's an idea too.
