Well it is not exactly free $30 this promotion has some requirements you must met. First you must bet only on event with 1.5 odds or higher, and you have to do 25 bets before you could withdraw the money.
It is not that easy to have positive balance after 25 bets.

There's a match coming up between virtus pro and dignitas here in about 3 hours. Both teams have lost a match already this morning. I am thinking dignitas will take a map off of virtus pro.
