I never exchange Bitcoin to PayPal or any other currency in any other site except on this forum with few trusted members.

I can confirm that its a legit one as I had used it some months ago but I have not used it recently . I used to change my crypto to fiat (primarily to perfectmoney) . It used to be pretty much smooth and I would still use it if I need it anytime . Hope it is as legit as it was before as I was scammed by virwox which now does not exist .

Wouldn't recommend selling bitcoin for paypal to anybody on this forum that you haven't previously dealt with, and trust fully. I wouldn't even recommend dealing with paypal if you are on the receiving end with a website, unless it is fully licensed. They can always charge you back easily, since most sites send as goods and services.

If you want perfectmoney, i would either go with changer.com, or XMLgold. I prefer changer.com though because of their live support, and the information is always updated real time. Other payment methods like payeer, perfectmoney voucher, advcash, okpay, and a range of altcoins can also be exchanged on changer.com.

If you're looking for better rates then go onto localbitcoins and post a trade. You can often get above spot rate for your coins.

I don't think it is a good idea to exchange your bitcoin into fiat money using Paypal, because bitcoin transaction is irreversible and users of Paypal can always open a dispute against you after sending you the payment to purchase your bitcoins if they have the intention to scam you, I would advise everyone to find better ways to cash out your bitcoins.

It is always risk involving even for existing exchangers to accept paypal in exchange of bitcoin.
Make less serve bitcoin versus paypal but if you know any exchangers accepting paypal,that is too good to trade as btc is irreversible, so you are free from being scammed.

Well, bitcoin to perfectmoney is pretty straightforward since it is irreversible and even when it's centralized the customer support can't give two damns about when you get scammed. They just simply won't chargeback anyone. That means that you can essentially go with any online exchanger as long as they are legit, i like to use changer and within changer you can trade payeer, advcash, and okpay as well as PM.

Paypal you are carrying a risk since anyone can charge you back up to 180 days or even more at times. I would recommend dealing with trusted exchangers on forum like zazarb or shdvb, or coinbase if you are willing to provide ID. Don't deal with random nobodies that you just met.

Currently the best rates are offered at lionex.net. However they are a manual operation, so it could mean that you would be waiting for your paypal funds to arrive for a day or two before you actually get it. Also even though they are offering the best rates atm, they are still giving you $400 below spot for your btc. Not worth it at all. You can check the stats updated in real time at bestchange.com

I would definitely recommend posting a WTB thread on the currency exchange board on this forum. Just make sure you deal with only members that have dealt with paypal before, and 180 days have passed since then. Green trust would be good as well.

You could try selling your coins at paxful and LBC, you will find a lot of buyers but most of them will be scammers that charge back as soon as they send the pp funds.

So you have bitcoin, and you want PayPal right?

You can essentially find this on any exchanger, go onto bestchange.com to find the best deal. I personally have used changer4u and everything has worked out fine, but their fee is certainly on the high side to be honest.

You can also deal on forum, but just make sure, on forum or off forum you do some research about the person/company you are dealing with. PayPal chargebacks are common.

You may take a look at Coinbank. They do have a feature to sell your bitcoin to Paypal. But it's upon verification of your account. And Paypal can hold your fund for 21 days sometimes (like it can happen with sales from ebay).

Bestexchange.com is not an exchange, they just list the exchangers depending on the payment processors you select

It is not a good idea to exchange bitcoins and paypal directly, you should probably keep PM or any other payment options as middleman to avoid being restricted by Paypal.

I have some countermeasure in case before they try to fraud me by using illegal funds to pay for exchange.
