I second a vote for Jaxx. Very slick and multiple currencies supported and shapeshift conversion. Also BCH support finally arrived.

Coinomi looks good but it is currently Android only, but seems to support all the hard forks at early stages.

I'm not sure how good it is in terms of security, but I think Iconomi is a good one, as it can hold a very good amount of different coins. Unfortunately it isn't out yet though, it says "coming soon" on it's website. https://coinomi.com/

maybe internal exchange not exist on mobile wallet yet right ?

I'm sure you've heard of this one before, but Coinbase is pretty good. They support ETH, BTC, LTC. As far as exchanges go, I have no idea if any companies have a sound enough mobile app. Either way, I use coinbase on my phone with zero problems.
