That depends on what was the criteria from that bot that you are looking. But it's better to build your bot to meet your expectation. As far as I know, the telegram has already provided the easiest way for the developers to create their bot for their own purpose.

You will get a lot of instructions about how to do that through use telegram API. I have been creating my bot quickly, and that goes very smooth. I hope that you can try to consider this way rather than believe in the 3rd party's bot. It's not safe.

A good telegram bot is a telegram bot that we have to buy, or you can use manybots on your telegram, so that you can control every activity well, if I personally don't like telegram bot accounts, so I don't use them.

OP is looking for a bot which is already program to the specific task that he desire. And also, you can't modify the available bots in the telegram because its not an open source. So if you are not familiar in coding bots then it means that you need to find a working bots already that will do the specific task that you are looking for. So definitely you will not program.

Move this to service discussion and you will have better response. Personally I dont like bots in the groups that I have joined. They are clumsy and get in the middle of conversations and it is a headache to maintain for admins.
So if you want to make your group fun, get people that can stay in the group and interact with your members.
