i did exactly what the op did. i was able to get the card to run on a 16x full slot.

I have a dead gtx1660 super that stop displaying after my riser burnt it, this was my fault though but no matter what I do the card never works again, I've inserted in pcie x16 slot but still not working

But he didn´t give you any information what he tested or not and so on. So we didn´t know that the card is working or not.

Thats very bad mistake it can even burn gpu chip because there is 3.3v going to directly to gpu. Sorry to tell that. What gpu is that?
