I've been looking at Centra and I really like what they've got going. It's looking to be the one card to rule them all

You can try to check all of the ongoing ico in the ico list, Such as icotracker, icolist that brings you a lot of information about the ico that oesn't raised a lot of money. i think that will be really useful for you to search what are you looking for.

ADX just raised about $10mil, but the crowdsale finished in 1 day and now it is a huge success for investor.

It doesn't matter how big the amount raised if the team can justify why they need that money. You don't want to invest in something that run out of money when it just half way done, do you?
