Diet and hydration can do amazing wonders for how you feel. Sounds corny but it works,think some foods we have slight allergies to can drag us down.
Last week I had two peanut butter sandwiches and it must have been my overload limit cause my head exploded and was puking for like 4 hours.

Another one is excercise and meditate.

All bit out there makes me sound like a granola muncher but they all work.

Going for a walk always improves my mood.  Try to find something (even a tiny little thing) that you find beautiful or fun on your walk...and just focus on that.  Your mood will improve.

Work out - produces natural endorphin.
Could be as simple as walking or 12 minutes of yoga stretches, doesn't matter....just move.

It's different for everyone, but whenever I'm feeling a little bummed I listen to some of my favorite music or take a nap, you could try either of those. Smiley
