i am from the uk, and i hired an indian developer to design and code a website for me through ELANCE.

the freelancer, did not provide me with sourcecode, could not complete the work. The issue here is that the funds have been released to the freelancer earlier due to the freelancers policy.

Elance cannot help me no more but to provide address of the freelancer to persue legal action.

I have video and documented evidence to back up my statement. The only issue is that i am from the uk and he is from india. He owns me a huge sum of money, he keeps ignoring/lying to get away from this however i cannot let this go.

if any legal guys here that could work with me to catch these guys out?

please pm me
