I use trusted members of this forum to exchange bitcoins to paypal. It is simple and fast but check their trust before exchanging.
Bit-x can be great. Easy to use and fast transfers. The only downside would be that you'd have to confirm your account to withdraw FIAT.

You only need to find a trusted seller and trade with him.

I think you can use https://localbitcoins.com , and also i think Paypal use bitcoin now

It is allowed just finding someone who will take paypal is hard. It is sad but buyer protection makes it where you could easily be out the BTC and cash that they sent you after a dispute.
I think most will be deals with a individual vs a exchange. And also it will be a high priced BTC as with the extra risk seller can ask more.
You'll find some buyers of Bitcoins for paypal on localbitcoins, just make sure you deal with only trusted users who have had various successful trades and have provided their IDs for verifications. And they have their own on site escrow so you'll be safe. GL

Be careful though because anybody that pays you PayPal can get their money refunded after you send the bitcoins. You should only use members with very established forum history.

Why are you saying it is not allowed? You can sell bitcoin also for stones (if you want). Nobody can stop you to do this, but as I have said previously bitcoin and paypal ... is so risky. However OP , you can find some legit users in the currency exchange section here in the forum.

Bitcoin and paypal in the same phrase is risky, I really don't suggest you to buy bitcoin for paypal and the contrary (due the chargeback, and also if you nominate "bitcoin" in a paypal controversy your and the other account will be locked).
