so it appears the users have no recource and are the mercy of other powerusers if they decide to give negative trust for any reason.
This is correct.

From our investigation it seems the employee who was tasked with managing this account opened a thread selling some account - he couldn't be selling this one because he didn't have the rights to it -  perhaps he was trying to sell a different one. He no longer works for the company since last year.
I must say this sounds plausible. But only The Pharmacist can help you here, you may want to change the title for him to find your thread.

Signing a message from your staked address doesn't guarantee you never bought the account, but it's better than not signing.

Trust is a community based ranking system. This means that members of the community post ratings based on their trading experiences. Mods will not know  the details of a trade, so there is not much they can do. Recently merit farming and account sales have become a major problem in the forum, and the community has decided that a purchased account is likely to be used for some form of fraud, and that is why members are awarding negative trust to the accounts. It is hoped that this will reduce the number of members who are victims of these frauds. If a member of your organisation is selling accounts in the name of your company, then most people will assume that this is in accordance with company policy.

This is definitely supposed to be a moderator issue, if it relates to allegedly breaking some forum rules and has nothing to do with the member who left the feedback!
It is not a moderator issue, the trust does not break any forum rules. Some people like to also give negative trust to people who they believe to break forum rules, in addition to reporting the user to moderators. They are allowed to do that.
so it appears the users have no recource and are the mercy of other powerusers if they decide to give negative trust for any reason. I realize mods are busy with so many members, we are willing to pay some fee so the mods or the guy that left the feedback can look into it, but it's impossible as there is no way to contact anyone?!

how can trust be given if there is no transaction?
Trust is not inherently tied to a transaction. Trust can be given for any reason. While a trade is what is most obviously something that warrants trust (or mistrust), people can do other things too that warrant trust. Furthermore, the forum has no idea of whether a transaction took place, and it is difficult for moderators to verify that.

The person who added that trust feedback is not responding and ignored our messages.
They aren't obligated to respond to you, nor are the moderators.

Trust is not moderated unless it is blatant spam.

this account was never sold or bought. You can google the username there are dozens of forums profiles, accounts, transactions, all managed by one company (domainmagnate.com). It is very easy to verify and confirm by simply searching around a bit. If there are any mods reading this please review this, and reply below or contact for any clarifications.

From our investigation it seems the employee who was tasked with managing this account opened a thread selling some account - he couldn't be selling this one because he didn't have the rights to it -  perhaps he was trying to sell a different one. He no longer works for the company since last year.

Even if what you claim is true, nothing can be done. You as a company are responsible for your employees' actions. The fact remains that your account, regardless of whether it was an employee posting at that time, made a thread selling an account which led to negative trust.

This is two years old, and appears to relate to the sale of this account. Have you just bought it?

As they mentioned you got negative feedback because of account sales and most dt members here are against it

A note for pharmacist  though if you are reading this why did you only give negative trust to the person who is selling there are 2 hero members also who put their bid on the account i feel it's equally fair that even they receive negative trust

someone added a negative trust feedback on my account, we've never traded or even interacted before, he didn't specify why and ignores pms. Any mods/admins here who can help check this?

Bruh you got a negative trust from 2 DT members... it isn't getting removed (trust in general is not moderated and nothing can be done).

If you are wondering why you got a negative rating from The Pharmacist, he clearly left a reference. As you can see, you were selling a Hero Member Account in this thread . This is an untrustworthy action and The Pharmacist basically auto red tags anyone that posts an account for sale.
