The game is called NovaBlitz and you can find it on Steam. The game is pretty cool. According to roadmap the game will migrate to blockchain sometime around summer if everything goes according to plan.

Devs are very active on the telegram, so if anyone has questions telegram is your best bet.
So, the ICO ends on January 31. The project already has a working game and mobile betas (iOS & Android). Tokens can be staked to get cards whenever cards are added to the game. It's an erc20 token and cards will be erc721.
