Don't you think it would be more effective to look for some fundamentals about this project? You are basically looking for a random pump, which is very unlikely to be guessed....
There are still some opportunities in this ecosystem, but this is strategy is basically to gamble.

Basically what i am looking for is if you know of any project/coin that has not had a pump in it's lifetime, but has been existing for quite a long time and the price has been going sideways for the most of it's existence?
For example, theta did not have any significant pumps and was going sideways for a long time and now it's going up.. I'm looking for something like This. A chart with long sideways consolidation, no major pumps(not more than a 10x).
