do you know any new guide for coin forking?
all old guys Shows the old method for Genesis block creating, but i want to create a new altcoin.
how do i create the Genesis block for a scrypt or x11 coin?
If you don't know how to fork coin or make custom one than I don't think it will be worth of your time to launch a new coin because you can't continue coin development in future.

Try creating waves or ethereum based tokens which is quite easier than cloning other coins. But hope you are not asking this to create another scam ICO... Grin
i just want it for education purposes.
so if you can help?

Creating an ethereum token is much easier, much safer, and is really cheap.

You just have to check a few existing smart contracts and make your own, or there is a cheap service, minereum : http://tokenservice.minereum.com/
