I have a radeon 4830 that seems to have some heating issues. It mines but gets hot--I have removed the fan and heatsink a couple times to try out different paste and the last time I did I broke the fan assembly off.

I'd be happy to send it along for the cause as long as you can cover shipping on it, I'll figure out what it will cost next time I'm by the po if you want.
