I am trading c-cex..for some days its disapointed me,,yesterday withdarw my doge wallent its saw invalid...now ami deposit some btc bt it saw wait for confirmation..anybody help me plz??
Waiting for btc confirmation is not in c-cexs problem. You have to make sure you send your transaction with enough fee so it will not be stucked in the network. Your transaction will eventually be confirmed you just have to wait and recheck your c-cex acccount. For doge withdrawal you make sure that you are using a proper doge address or it will show an invalid.

your problem is so unclear. you need to use a better English if you want others to understand and help you. you can use the local board of your language and either get help there or kindly ask someone to translate it to a more fluent English.
~ your first problem may be because you entered an invalid Dogecoin address
~ your second problem is a simple bitcoin confirmation problem. if you include a small fee, it takes a long time to confirm and the site will only credit your account if it has at least 2 confirmation
~ the third thing about maintenance is weird to me too but they go down for it when they add/remove coins to their site.

c-cex is a old exchange running few years , but trading volume not that big ,i don't think its a site scam~

This is the best thing you can do OP and wait for their reply on why this error happening and also btc deposit conformation is normal and your balance will show as soon as all conformation will be completed. c-cex is good exchange and theirs nothing to worry about them since they've got nice support unlike those other exchange who have poorly support service.
