In light of recent happening I'll want to say people should be extremely careful when dealing with transactions that has to do with Paypal, people are getting scammed lately through that means
The current generation peoples are little alert so they are all carefully dealing with everyone. But still some spammers are available in the market so we always analyse and decide our destination. I think better we can dealing with trading sites because it is more secure payment system.But I don't think there's someone who would trade a newbie who pays in paypal, but vice versa it's possible.
