and of course, the hashrate obtained is the same even sometimes the hashrate from an unknown brand VGA card (BIOSTAR) produces a better hashrate compared to a well-known brand (ASUS, MSI etc.)

If the VGA card is cheap compared to other brands, then you can try it. I chose a VGA card I didn't see from the brand, but I saw it from cheap because this is directly related to ROI.

Life time and cooling won't probably be too far from more quality brands like those you mentioned as long as you maintain them well (temps, overclocking, etc). Another factor you should consider with buying Biostar GPUs is resale value.

Not very many gamers are interested in buying a Biostar GPU when they can get an MSI or Sapphire or even Asus.

If you can assure that the room will getting good cooling, then it's fine. But if not, better choose other brand like Sapphire or MSI.
Event computer shop on my town didn't recommend using Biostar product.

 at which level biostar cards can be put  specially in 2 points
1- life time
2- cooling

what famous cards are in near level ??
 is it MSI ARMOR ?
ASUS STRIX ? ASUS DUAL ?
SAPPHIRE PULSE ?
