OP wants to fund his ad campaign with altcoins which I think none of these adnetwork does accept other than USD, BTC and ETH.  Its not practical for them to accept altcoins that isn't widely used by people, its another work for them to pile if they accept just any altcoin.

Why not coinzila? I can vouch for Coinzila, because they have a big network over crypto spaces. I have suggested to a couple of companies to use Coinzila ads and they found it useful. You may make payment through crypto, a couple of coins are accepted there. Not sure if the publisher getting payment in cryptocurrency. And as an advertiser, you can your cryptocurrency there. They count impressions by CPM. So far I can see Coinzila is the most popular crypto ads network lately.

You should also mention that they have recently started to demand for KYC from everyone last year, and deleted everyone else's unverified accounts shortly after that.

So if you do not want to shell out your ID for whatever reason, you should just stick to MellowAds.

I would not recommend Mellowads, they have pretty much lowered the criteria for accepting ads, so it can very easily happen that you promote on your site some obvious and very well-known Ponzi scheme.
they used to be good and very strict about quality, but now they accept absolutely all advertisers, without special checks.

Easy for them to reach those people interested to invest on new scheme or tokens with the adnetworks. Scam casinos would really like  them if they could target specific people with their algorithm.

That's true they have required KYC verification. It's most likely due to managing the network. Because for example, Dextools do not accept ads without KYC verification, dextools don't want to give easy access to scammers (according to them). But there is a huge demand for dextools ads, so coinzila won't exclude such ad sites from where huge revenue will be generated. I am also against KYC, but nowadays it's hard to avoid for good service. As an advertiser, you have to make sure where your ads should visible. Just not who don't ask for KYC but have no huge network.

Block halving is coming.
I tried to search and check a few faucet sites and it seems most of them already mention above but I would like to add a few of them.

Here are some ad networks that are mostly used by faucet owners.

- bmfads.com
- adsfirm.com
- surfe.pro
- cointraffic.io
- agencyorquidea.com
- surfe.be

And I think there are more Crypto ad networks you just need to know how to check faucet sites through their source code. Faucetpay is a great source of faucet sites if you want to try how to check them you can see icons on a few ads it is a link for the ad network they used.

I've been done searching, and with these 15+ Best Crypto Ad Networks that I've found it has a complete list that might be a website that you're looking for.  I think you need to have your own research too since it's more relevant to financial advice.

Choose only a reputed ad network that provides a better return.
On the list that I found above, I think the best is Ad Dragon, I didn't try it yet but I think the decentralized feature that they have will might a better, the peer-to-peer (P2P) advertising model for marketing your projects sounds good for me.

Aside from different sites mentioned above, you could also try cointraffic, you can also apply for their press release publication so you can make more profit since its more profitable than waiting your earning just from the ads.
Although it seems like more profitable, joining there is seems a hard-like, just make sure your website has at least 10k traffic per month or so.

About A-ads.com, a publisher can generate as many clicks as he wants, but it's not going to help. The network is nor based on the CPM or CPC model. There are several factors considered and as well as the ratio between supply and demand for traffic.
That was the first time I meet a network working like it, and from a publisher's point of view, it's a very interesting one for your money.

I personally knew people who spent all day trying to divert traffic with autosurfs programs, I told them they were wasting their time, and that's what happened...

Can't comment on the 2 others because I've never used them, but there are also Coinzilla, Cointraffic, and probably Adshares.
Someone posted a list here long ago but I'm pretty sure most of the websites died since. You'll surely find it using the 'search' feature

Off the top of my head you have https://bitmedia.io and https://a-ads.com/ and https://mellowads.com/ it's been years since I have used any of them so I cannot comment on much. But at the time say 2016-17 they all worked well. Keep in mind there is a lot of fraud going on and in terms of these services vs. the google type ones they try but can't keep up. So you will get a lot of bot clicks. They say they fight it, but in the end even Google with billions of dollars of staff and tech can't keep up with click fraud.

Also, back then their targeting was not the best but I don't know if that has improved in the last few years.
