Electrum is an open source, multi OS SPV Wallet... source code here: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum (Python)

MultiBit HD was also an open source SPV wallet (although it is now discontinued and has a number of serious bugs): https://github.com/Multibit-Legacy/multibit-hd

MultiBit Classic was also SPV (it is also discontinued): https://github.com/Multibit-Legacy/multibit

Then you have Mycelium... open source SPV for Android: https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet
