The mempool is full of spam transactions of 120 sat/byte+ again, as you can see here[1]. Those transactions are taking all the space left on blocks and leaving your transaction - that has a lower fee of 87 sat/byte - out.
We may see higher fees again if they continue spamming like this for a couple of days.

Usually it has something to do with sending the transaction with not enough fees. You sent your transaction with 87sat/byte, which is on the low end.
According to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/,you might want to send your transaction with at least 180 sat/byte in order to get it confirmed as fast as possible.
Seding with lower fees generally results in a longer time before it is confirmed.

I know the fee is a little low, but it's not terrible. Any help is greatly appreciated.
