I think it is just you. Per the above, as of 24 minutes ago they have a response time of 11.17 milliseconds
I am able to access LBC just fine myself as well.
I checked about an hour ago, and it says it was down for everyone.
Oh well, now it works. It's just a bit slow... Thanks for the heads up.
