If I remember correctly you can do this with Coinbank. But there are 2 things you have to consider. You will need to have a verified account with Coinbank. Secondly Paypal may hold the funds for a period of 21 days (like when you sell on ebay). I have not tested myself, but you can see about this in their FAQ or Fees pages.

Skrill can do it directly for you if you want. Log into your skrill account, click upload money and then choose bitcoin as form of money uploading payment. It will redirect you to Bitpay, make the payment wait for 8 confirmations on the bitcoin network and your bitcoin will be automatically converted to dollars in your Skrill account. You can only withdraw this amount to a bank account and not to a credit/debit card. I do this almost always when I need to convert my bitcoins to dollars.

Coinbase offers Bitcoin to Paypal transactions. Although I've never used them by myself, they are widely trusted.

Obviously, you'll have to verify your ID to use this, you can't combine anonimity with a reliable service dealing with Paypal.

In my opinion, exchangemycoins.com was the first trusted paypal exchange but later paypal restricted their account as it is prohibited in paypal's terms.
You may find some other exchanges but i don't trust them. Trustable exchanges between paypal and bitcoin can be found either on localbitcoins.com or just search among reputed members of this forum.
Be careful, use a middle man while exchanging with members of this forum.

Basically exchange bitcoin to Paypal, skrill and neteller is something high risk due to they are revisible payment methodbut you can search on currency exchange on this forum check it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
Becareful with scammers or you can use https://paybis.com/ and i don't have any relationship with this all of risk losing be taken by you. Good luck
