What i know is the price for each Quantstamp coin is 0.0003 ETH which is surpass the ico price. You can check their announcement thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annico-quantstamp-the-first-decentralized-smart-contract-security-platform-2220795. FYI they don't have any bounty, so only the dev and the investor that have Quantstamp coins. I think that's why the price is going up because no bounty hunter dump it.
