I wouldnt go for AI content generation because google is now developping an algorythm able to distinguish real content than AI generated content so you will be penalized at the end
AI contents varies if what's your niche and if the company allows it. I think for the company that does a lot of contents on a daily basis, these AI produced images are ideal for them.But you know that engagement comes often from the real world interaction and people that have generated the content. While it is making people's job easily.
You'll see the relevance of AI made from real person made contents. I'd still say that real person made content is still the best way to market and engage with your audience.
