Software alone isnt accurate...espeically for AMD usage. You do need a meter of some type.

Thats the cheapest solutions i know of. Problem with software like miner power measurement...it doesnt include actual power used. AMD cards dont report anything but power used by main chip...no riser power. Nvidia is better but still not all the power or even system power.
