You could make a Russian bitcoin blog (I'm assuming you are fluent in Russian) to monetize it, or make a bitcoin faucet in Russian for Russian users. There are many possibilities, but if you want to sell that domain, you won't get much success in the English section.

Like janggernaut said, try posting this in the Russian local section, perhaps there is a interested buyer there.

if you want find a russian broker and for russian people, why you not post this on russian local section? im sure you'll get answer what you want on there. and about promoting that sites, i think with signature campaign is the best way to promote it.
