How do they intend to grow their market share Huh

And fees are among lowest in the industry.
That poses a question, how they are earning money? Do they kind of sponsor those fees while growing the customer base, saving frugally on support in the meanwhile?

So they indeed blundered on their javascript. Some of their forum posters, more tech savy, published some 404 error details. Care to tell which browser still works?
Chrome 60
Yeah, especially if someone wanted to sell their coins at good price on that very day out of HitBTC (since withdrawing fiat is a pain) or someone wanted to stop their losses of whatever.
It could take them days to upgrade browser etc. (since they needed to guess first that it was due to browser version!)

HitcBTC's platform has another bug since two days, dozen users complaining about empty webpage tabs since some javascript upgrade. That might be particularily caused by webbrowser incompatibilities.
But some are stern on complaining they have tried several browsers, to no avail. No more any access to deposits.

Stuff like that can ruin a legit sites reputation. I think they still have a day or one and a half left, to fix this.
That issue affected me and scared me shitless among all this talk. Support email was bouncing!
I had to use newer browser on another computer to withdraw coins.

Honestly drawing comparisons to Bitfinex, who told U.S. customers that they will be excluded from their market soon. That browser issue is just cutting off random customers worldwide (and without any need to do so) just because ... well, a mistake, or carelessness. That looks even worser on reliability.

HitBTC is a multicryptocurrency exchange site with low taker fees and NO MAKER FEES! It isn't as popular as Bittrex, Poloniex, etc. What do you think about it? Anyone had experience using it?

I have used it to cash out some of my bitcoin cash when the split occurred and didn't have an issue with anything.

However they do have negative trust on this forum on a relatively old issue, and their customer support is not the best that i have seen in the exchange business. There are also some accusations of them being linked to minergate and changelly which is somewhat unconfirmed.

All exchanges have risks and if you were trading with an amount below $1000 i would have no issues trusting hitbtc with my funds.

But anything large i would be careful about trading there. Stick to bittrex.

HitcBTC's platform has a bug (or designed on purpose) that charges crazy ETH fees in some of the tokens' markets. This was reported to the support team of HitBTC but they never replied. Their support team never get back to its customers. I talked with 4 persons about this, all said the same thing.

They HAVE TO answer every single support ticket. I have support tickets opened 2 or 3 weeks ago, but not replied!

I think Hitbtc has a problem several months ago and I found there are many complains about them. Some poor support and losses of funds. So far in my experience, it goes smoothly but of course I only trading in small amount. But for big traders, any problems with account is a great hassle and can cause panic. Hope they are reading here about our feedback.

I'm one of them who complains about their bad services.
Even with depositing funds, it was a completed deposit, all of it received safe and sound,  but cannot be trade.
Also their support team, oh boy, no one will response, at least that's what I've been through.

Now I never use it anymore, but the choice is yours, op.

Did you receive your money back?
