You can buy a gift card for various services and surely top up your phone number[1] using many cryptocurrencies and tokens. You should take a look at the site to see if your cellular provider is available.

I think there's that project that's focused on that type of problem you've brought. But I'm not sure if they got a feature like that.

But anyway, many have been using platforms for paying their bills and buying data. Those platforms are like exchanges that has another service to offer to their customers locally using any accepted crypto that they support.

If you can't find that type of exchange platform, then it's not available on your country.

I don't think this is about utilities of a certain coin or token. You have to look at custodial platforms that sells data and check if they support any cryptocurrencies. They will most likely choose top coins like BTC and ETH. I also don't think there will be a direct purchase and payment may go through third party processors.

You can find this in the service section. I have ever seen some people have been offering this but they are getting paid in the crypto. Im not seeing any international phone number sites that accept crypto for this.
