I am using two multicoin wallet, where we can store bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, ethereum classic and many more.
Jaxx - Supports multiple coins but sometime lags so much and recently I was unable to send out ETC from the wallet so stopped using them.
Exodus - It is quite stable and have active support team, you can store multiple coins and can exchange them within wallet using shapeshift api.

There are many wallets where you can place BTC, ETH, and LTC. Like Coinbase here are three things you can put in and you'll find that in profer arrange. can also be in the Jaxx wallet app, Coinomi wallet app. The only difference is that Coinbase holds your private key. And in Coinomi and Jaxx you hold your private key. So it's safer. Do not let others know your pr key.

How about the Transaction rates between Bitcoin? I heard something like Bitcoin transaction fee is too high at this time. I am too looking for a similar wallet that has low fees

Exodus is the best wallet if you are looking for a friendly UI with all coins at one place. You must try it the only thing is that it has a good amount of fees that it takes while making a transaction.
